Jacob is such a professional! He is solution-oriented. He has technical knowledge. He is determined to satisfy his client and will not accept payment until he is certain the job is complete. To ensure this, he will check back daily, up to 3 days post work. He provides guidance and tells you what to look for and how to troubleshoot, if necessary. My husband and I are not easily impressed but, with Jacob, it was unavoidable.

Now to our problem. We purchased a house in December 2023. We had a thorough inspection done to identify potential issues. We were adamant that electrical, HVAC and air quality issues were non-negotiable. We were assured issues we flagged as critical were addressed. It turns out that despite new equipment, etc. that was purchased, the underlying old, defunct or incompatible infrastructure and issues were not addressed. There was a lot of sloppy workmanship, as well. Summer arrived and we realized the AC was leaking (not the plumbing). The water was finding its way from the attic all the way to the basement (3 levels below). We had one company come and say it saw no problem, despite us showing the water marks in the ceiling from leaks as well as the vents. A second team came and did work. They identified some issues in terms of faulty work but indicated that if the problem was not solved, it would take much more to resolve. Most of the dripping stopped. There was no longer dripping from the vents but leaking continued in the closet and the basement bedroom. We reported the issues but they never responded. We found Jacob on Thumbtack and we are very fortunate. I could say a lot more but we want to ensure that future customers know the quality of service that Jacob provides. Whether it is a simple or complex job, he diagnoses, he tests and he provides follow up care, and is very cost effective, given the quality of workmanship and the fact that he comes with his supplies. Kudos to Jacob!
